I know that it has been a while since I have posted, but that is because I have been SOOOO busy! Not only have I had to deal with all the end of the school year stuff, but we have also been moving--not a good idea to move at the end of a school year, but, hey, now I have the whole summer to get everything together in our new place.
Our new place is very nice. We are living in the "basement" of a house and I must say that it is VERY nice to live in a house. It is so quiet at night and, in the morning, we wake up to hear birds chirping. There is also a beautiful backyard and garden. We really love it here.
I took some pictures of the new place, but please do not mind the mess. I wanted to get the pictures up, but have not had the chance to unpack everything yet, so if the mess bothers you, then you can stop looking! (Tee Hee Hee, just kidding!) Maybe after EVERYTHING is set up, I will take more pictures and put up nice ones!

The front of the house--our part of the house is down a staircase that is to the right of the house--sorry, I do not have any pictures of the staircase at the moment.

Another view of the front of the house (taken from our parking spot).

A picture of the view when you look out our door.

When you walk in the first door, we have this screened patio area (complete with a washer and dryer). I think that we might use this as Caleb's play area and also an exercise area (if we ever start exercising!) No, but seriously, I would really like an elliptical exercise machine--one day!

Another view of the patio area and also a view of the backyard. The big tree is a mango tree.

When you walk in the front door, you enter the living room/kitchen. We do not have the "dining room" area like we had in our last place, but this is not too bad.

Another view of the living room/kitchen.

And another. This one is looking towards the front door/patio room and was taken from the stairs (there are four steps up into another part of the house).

The master bedroom. This room is off the living room (to the left when you enter the house).

Here is another view of the master bedroom.

Here is the master bathroom. My favorite thing about this bathroom is the shower head--it is one of those dual shower heads--one is stationary and the other one is attached to a hose and can come off--it is sooo nice!

This is the second bathroom. It is right at the top of the stairs off the living room. The flowers are going to go--this was a little girl's bathroom before--not that I would decorate it like this even if I had a little girl, though!

Caleb's bedroom. When you go up the stairs, this room is to the left of the bathroom. I have to say that Caleb has been doing pretty well sleeping in his room the past week. He slept in the room all night for four nights in a row, but unfortunately, the past two nights, he has come into our room around 2:00 am. I need to be better about taking him back into his own room, though and not let him stay with us!

Another view of Caleb's room--you can see the steps from this picture. I think that his room is little bigger than ours, but he does not have a bathroom attached to his.

This is the third bedroom. It is up the stairs and to the right. Right now it has all the unpacked boxes in it, but that will not be the case soon. It is a very big room that was used as an office space before. It will be our guest room for now and then if we add anymore little ones to our family, it will become their room (but not yet!)
Hope that you enjoyed the tour! Leave us a comment and let us know what you think. It is really nice because it has one more bedroom and one more bathroom than our last place and we are paying pretty much the same thing because all of our utilities (plus cable) are included in the cost! We love it!
